Shipping Policy:

   • We use express couriers for shipments to Italy.
   • Estimated delivery time: 3 working days.
   • Shipping cost:
     • Orders over €500: Free.
     • Orders under €500: €15.

   • We use express couriers for shipments to Europe.
   • Estimated delivery time: 8 working days.
   • Shipping cost: €50.
     
     

3. Shipping to USA:

   • We use express couriers for shipments to the USA.
   • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.
   • Shipping cost: €60.
     
     

4. Shipping to UK and Switzerland:

   • We use express couriers for shipments to the UK and Switzerland.
   • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days.
   • Shipping cost: €60.
     
     

5. Shipping to the Rest of the World:

   • We use express couriers for shipments to the rest of the world.
   • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days (from the locations specified below).
   • Shipping cost: €90.

Return Policy:

1. Right of withdrawal:

   • Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
   • To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform us via email at sartoriatoscana@gmail.com indicating the order number and the details of the product to be returned.
     
     

2. Return Conditions:

   • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and intact packaging.
   • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the returned item is damaged or defective.
